On October 20, 2017, Paula Lederman from IMERGE Consulting Inc. in Toronto is leading a full-day workshop on functional classification of records. Paula has over 15 years of consulting and training experience in the field of Content and Information Management in both the public and private sectors. She has extensive education and experience in a wide variety of systems including SharePoint‚ Opentext‚ and Documentum. She has been involved in several Taxonomy and Classification projects‚ as well as many Records and Electronic Records information management strategy‚ feasibility‚ and development projects. Her experience covers municipal‚ provincial/state‚ federal government agencies‚ the financial regulatory sector‚ and the private sector. She excels in implementing practical and user friendly solutions and for knowledge transfer during client project.
All workshops are open to the public and particularly relevant to RIM professionals at every level who are interested in networking while delving deeper into issues that impact your work. Each workshop will include snacks, drinks and a fully catered hot lunch.
